Vanessa has been in the beauty industry since 2005. After graduating from Vici Park, An Aveda Institute, she wanted to continue working at an Aveda Salon. Salon Nouveaux was right for her because she likes the small salon atmosphere. Salon Nouveaux requires the employees to take two classes per year. Vanessa enjoys advancing her education, as it keeps the creativity flowing. Her ideal client is someone who values her professional opinion. Kaitlin

Creating unique looks since 2007, Kaitlin has a strong passion for giving you a hairstyle that will help you look your best, and also suit your lifestyle. A graduate of Vici Aveda Institute, education is very important to Kaitlin.

Christine

Christine went to work in a salon in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland in 2002. Taking the job as a receptionist, she felt very excited to be working in a salon and it didn't take long for her to realize she wanted to pursue a career as a hairstylist. Shortly after moving to Wisconsin, Christine enrolled into Aveda's Vici Capilli Beauty School and graduated in 2005. During the time she attended school she fell in love with Aveda, and upon graduation went to work for an Aveda Concept Salon. Christine spent the next year furthering her education and refining her skills by attending classes at Aveda. These classes helped educate her in every aspect of her career from Advanced Hair Color Placement and Highlighting Techniques to Skin Care Training, Makeup Applications, Weddings and Special Occasions Updos & Styles, Men's Haircutting & Grooming, Advanced Training under Aveda Purefessionals from the New York Academy on Razor Haircutting, Aveda's Haircutting Coach Curriculum, and more. When Christine came to work at Salon Nouveaux she was intrigued by the professional setting, welcoming atmosphere, the fact that it was an Aveda Concept Salon with a family feel. Christine loves working at the salon, loves her job and the people she works with, and also loves the relationships she builds with her clients. Christine is all about educating her clients. She wants her clients to feel confident that they can style their hair as much or as little as they want and achieve the look their going for. She loves to give suggestions and open her guests to fun new looks. Christine loves making her guests look and feel their absolute best. Abbey

Why does Abbey love being a hair stylist? At Salon Nouveaux, she is able to express her creative style as well as build relationships with her guests. She loves to cut hair and learn new styles. She's also had a lot of experience with color, updos and waxing. Abbey attended Vici Aveda Institute in 2007 and has taken numerous Aveda classes since. Recently she was promoted to Salon Coach where she trains new stylists. Abbey enjoys coming to work to do what she loves and hopes you can come see her soon!

Hailey

Hailey has been doing hair since 2005. She attended beauty school at MATC Downtown Milwaukee. After completing beauty school she worked at another salon before joining the Salon Nouveaux family. Hailey attends classes regularly to help further her education and skills as a stylist. She offers her clients a variety of services, and specializes in providing them with the best service possible. She loves clients who like to try new things and aren’t afraid of change. She is new to the Aveda Family, and has enjoyed learning about and using their products. Hailey loves working for Salon Nouveaux because it has an intimate feel and loves how they give back to the earth. She looks forward to many more years with Salon Nouveaux!

Tierney

Tierney has been pampering her clients since 2006. She graduated from Vici Beauty School and has been keeping up with the trends ever since. Just a few of the classes she has already taken are Men’s Distribution of Weight, Inspirational Color with Jeffrey Scott, Pure Form, and Pure Design Haircutting. Coloring is her passion, but most of all she just loves to see the life that a new color or style can bring to her guests. She enjoys clients that are open for change and working on finding a look to fit you and your lifestyle.

Lisa Marie

Lisa Marie is as dynamic in character as she is in hair design. You will look and feel your best after your service is completed. Lisa Marie provides a very involved and interactive experience with each client. A passionate learner, Lisa Marie has furthered her education in areas ranging from cutting to business. Colleen

Colleen has been in the beauty industry since 2004. She was awarded 1st and 2nd place in two separate style competitions. Inverted bobs, advanced placements, and specialty formal styles are some of the favorite techniques that Colleen has honed during her experience with classes and educators over the years. Working in the industry for 7 years, she loves the intimate salon feel and stylist professionalism at Salon Nouveaux. Colleen loves classic styles with a bit of sass and she looks forward to meet you and fulfilling your hair style dreams.

Rebecca

Rebecca has a varied background that includes several years in the Fashion Industry working as a footwear buyer and in sales in the Real Estate Industry. She has lived in many cities throughout the Midwest. Becoming a hair stylist was a career that she had maintained interest in prior to attending college. She graduated from the AVEDA Institute of Beauty & Wellness located in Milwaukee, WI. Her experience of working for a company that was reputable for providing a high level of customer service was something that she enjoyed and she found that working for Salon Nouveaux was a natural fit. She is very attentive to the needs of her clients and their desires whether it is making slight modifications to their current style to creating a more dramatic new look.
